For Duff (who celebrates Hanukkah), Christmas means one thing: Peking Gourmet Inn. He does the happy duck dance for the Peking duck because it's crispy, smoked and includes homemade hoisin sauce and spring onions. As he says, "it's the best thing I ever ate. Period."

Specialty Dishes: Peking Duck

This is our favorite Chinese restaurant in the DC area. I'm a little surprised it doesn't have a ton of ratings! It's old school with the decor (Chinese painted lanterns and a classic bar with umbrella drinks and always bustling. We enjoy the entire menu... but their specialty is the Peking Duck. Seriously, you can't miss! This was a favorite of President George H. W. Bush, but you'll see that by the walls of pictures, that other presidents, staff, Pentagon officials and celebrities frequent the place. It's in a deceiving little strip mall in the 7 Corners area of Falls Church VA. But go through the door and it's nothing like you'd expect! Only rule... get reservations for dinner or you'll never get in before 9pm. Fridays and weekends are crazy busy for dinner. Christmas is awesome, but even with reservations, you'll likely wait in a crowded area for an hour or more. Totally worth it!
