Yum! I am a big fan of brisket and the Beef Brisket here does not disappoint. It's smokey and tender, lots of flavor. My husband likes the large meal BBQ Pork and coleslaw as well as the brisket. We have tried all the variety of ribs and most all of the side dishes... All delicious. I usually pick up bulk orders to bring home for dinner. The prices are a little higher than I would normally pay, but I know some of the cost is going to the recyclable/compostable togo containers they use. Worth the wait and worth the cost. Plus, our puppy loves getting the leftover Jumbo Beef Rib bones after dinner! : Easily at the top of the BBQ list in Richmond.
