2 locations; very clean and commercial; cupcakes are regular sized and decorated very nicely ... everything posted on their website is exactly as I experienced it; now, the cupcake - the frosting was tasty and smooth, not sugary; the cake itself tasted good - I was disappointed in the softness - it fell apart when I tried to eat it with a fork. Store has several tables and beverages are limited to soda. Would have to be a special occasion to pay $3 for this.
