The birds are chirpin’ and the flowers are bloomin’ and Easter is finally here! Today, Paula is making the perfect food to celebrate this special holiday. First she’s makin’ Zucchini Custard Bake--it’s so rich and creamy, you’ll be eatin’ it straight out of the bowl. Paula’s also serving a Roasted Rack of Lamb over a light and fresh Cucumber, Tomato and Mint Salad that celebrates the season’s freshest vegetables. Last but not least, she’ll combine three of her favorite ingredients (potatoes, butter and sugar) to make Miss Helen’s Easter Eggs. So get your family round the table, cause we’re celebratin’ Easter!
