Douglas Trattner

Douglas Trattner is a New York Times best-selling cookbook author and freelance writer based in Cleveland. His work covers a broad spectrum of interests, including food writing for The Globe and Mail, Tasting Table and Wine & Spirits and travel writing for The Globe and Mail and The (Cleveland) Plain Dealer. Trattner also penned the only exhaustive travel guidebook covering his beloved hometown, Moon Handbooks: Cleveland. He and his wife keep chickens and honeybees.
