Robert can't get enough of this osso buco; the meat falls right off the bone, and it's served over saffron risotto. "It's like you're in old Italy," he says. The dish isn't on the menu, but it pops up as a special at least once a week. And Robert is friends with the owner, so he's usually able to get it if he's in the mood for it.
