In this half-hour, host Robin Miller (nutritionist, author, and host of Quick Fix Meals) meets with two families. First is Ayanna, her new husband John, and her son Olijuwan. They are a busy, professional family that has a kitchen that doesnt function because of storage issues, and a schedule that makes take out more attractive than cooking. Robin helps Ayanna reorganize and get in control of her kitchen. The family then creates a meal that inspires them to stop ordering out and start cooking at home. They even have an incentive: the honeymoon they never took.
Robin then meets with Paul and his girlfriend, Sarah. They are both athletic and concerned about their health, but have very different diets. Shes a strict vegetarian; he loves eating meat. How to they reconcile their menus? Robin helps them break the myths of each others diets and create a meal that allows them to come together at the table.
