  • completed potato kasha knish made from scratch
  • shape knish filling into tight log on dough
  • roll dough tight around knish filling
  • carefully roll knish at seam on parchment paper
  • pull on ends of dough and twist to seal knishes
  • divide knish into 3 sections with wooden spoon
  • stretch dough over open sides ok knishes and twist
  • cut each section of knish with sharp knife
  • stretch dough partially over filling of knish
