Mmm, mmm, good. I don't particularly care for meatloaf but I make it because it's an easy and quick meal to put together so, perfect when you're in a time crunch and my family tolerates it for the same reason. But, not anymore! This is the best meatloaf I ever made and it will be my go-to recipe from now on!

Made this recipe tonight and have to say it was very tasty.. Much better than the meatloaf of my mother's days with ketchup on top. Had to add a bit of flour to the sauce to thicken it and only used half the amount of salt required. Made waaaay too much for just my husband and I but will make it again when company comes.

This was wonderful! I made this last night. I too watched them make this. So if you didnt then you may have missed the "finely ground" panko. Didnt have the foodprocesser with me so i just used a rolling pin. Also since other reviews said the gravy was thin just added a 2 table spoons of flour to the butter prior to adding the chicken stock. thickend up nicely! On those that were unsure of how to roast the garlic. Just get the cloves place then in foil add alittle butter, salt and pepper, wrap it up and stick it in the oven 450 for about 20mins. Will totally make this again!

We liked the meatloaf. I think it needed more breadcrumbs. Did not use thyme or It seasoning. No veal in store so used 2 hamburg and 1 pork. Did not like gravy. Too much garlic and didn't thicken up even when I used Wonder flour. The meatloaf was tasty.

I made this recipe with only one sustitution...ground turkey instead of veal because our local market didn't have ground veal. Other than that, I followed the instructions exactly. It's a delicious meatloaf but seems to be lacking something, just not sure what. The sauce will thicken on its own but takes a while to get there. It's not your traditional meatloaf. Definitely going to try it again.

This recipe was amazing! I don't use much salt in any of my cooking, so I cut back on it and it was perfect! This is a pricy recipe, however, well worth it. This was moist and flavorful. I will make again!

I omitted the pork and halved the rest of the ingredients. My husband and I thought it was a wonderful recipe, but it was a tad bit too salty. I will probably cut the salt in half again next time I make this. Otherwise, great recipe!

I thought this meatloaf recipe looked interesting after seeing it on her show the other week. Tried it last night with ingredients as listed... (except that I used egg whites and skim milk instead of the "whole" ingredients. OMG
This is the best meatloaf I have EVER had - so moist, so flavorful. Definitely a keeper forever!
