Thank Goodness, I reduce it to half since it was a waste of expensive cheese. It curdled, I wish it would have said to warm up the milk and cream. Plus reducing it to half there was still a lot. I think putting cold in with warm noodles is what did it. Also, glad I read the reviews to see that the amount of fluids were wrong, but I ended up putting one cup of each since it didn't totally cover the noodles.

This is the best! Thank you, Vinny's Grandma. It's my family's favorite. Add a mixture of cooked ground chuck, onions and hot pork sausage for a great potluck dish.

Of all the options, I chose this one because someone's grandmother was involved & in my head, that means guaranteed yummy. I made half a batch since there's two of us for dinner. Baked it in a 9 x 5 glass loaf pan so that I could accomplish the layers needed. Baked it for 60 minutes covered in foil then uncovered for 10 more. Let it stand for 10 minutes before serving. This was comfort food at its best. Used mild cheddar (preshredded & bagged with 2% milk & heavy whipping cream. Mueller's ready cut macaroni made it seem more rustic a dish than standard elbow pasta. Will certainly make this one again. Thanks for sharing, Vinny & give Granny a hug around the neck.

So simple and so delicious! I added leaks, ham, peas. I topped with sliced tomatoes and panko bread crumbs. Turned out great!

Was searching for a quick and easy mac and cheese recipe and this one is it. I only needed to cook enough for 2 people so I used only 1/2 of what the ingredients called for and there was no
disappointment with this mac and cheese full of flavor can't wait to make this for my grandson no more box stuff for him (smile.

Very fatty but so good, make it on special occasions. i also added bacon for some different taste. Use 1.50 cups not two.

Hubby loved it!! So easy to make! I might play with the cheese a bit
To see what other options there are, and I topped it with crushed crackers.
Was really good! This one is going in the weekly favorites!!

So, so good! Very easy and tasted so rich, creamy, and delicious. I would add a smidge of granulated garlic, along with the other seasoning. Oh, and I added 1/3 box of Jiffy Corn Bread mix to it, as the recipes below mentions.
