Was not a fan of this at all. The cinnamon was too strong for my taste. Its a poor attempt a greek cuisine.

I have made this three times now and it is always a hit at my dinner table. The only thing I don't make is the pita. The goulash is so filling that I don't need the pita bread!

This is my 2nd time to make this. It's been great both times. I love the addition of the Greek Gremolata and the Feta. I'm a Greek girl myself, and this is really more of an Americanized "Greek" dish. Very unique idea. That's what I love about Rachael. The flavors all came together perfectly.

I made this meal for my family and everyone liked it. I used ground chicken instead of lamb and had to use A LOT more cinnamon than the recipe called for. It turned out yummy - I can't wait to make this meal again!

My family LOVES this dish. I made a few minor changes to suit our tastes... instead of eggplant, I use 1 diced zuccini. I also add 1 small can of tomato sauce with 1 can of diced tomatoes. I have used ground turkey and ground beef... both are excellent. The leftovers are great as a soup... just add chicken broth. SOOOO YUMMY!

Delicious! We used venison instead of lamb. Was missing something at first but added a pinch of nutmeg and it all came together! Will definitely make again.

The recipe is fantastic. I omitted the gremolata and used tri-colored orzo, but otherwise followed the recipe to a T. It was so good, I'll denitely make it again. This recipe makes about 6 servings. The lamb added so much unique flavor! And the salty pita chips were perfect for scooping up the goulash.

I used ground sirloin for this recipe, dried herbs (no need for fresh with this dish and substituted butternut squash for the eggplant. I made sure to use greek feta for the gremolata - the feta really makes this dish. I doubled the amount of feta that the recipe calls for. This dish has amazing flavors. I'm making it again tonight with acorn squash! I was hesitant to make it based on some of the negative reviews, but I'm so glad that I decided to go for it.
