I like most of Rachel's recipes, but she should NOT call this goulash, since this recipe does not have any resemblence to goulash whatsoever. The dish was more like a sloppy joe served with spinach and feta cheese.

This was very easy. I plan to make this for a dinner party of old friends but I wanted to try it out first before serving it to guests. I started making the gremolata but I can't stand kalamata olives nor parsley so part way through making it I threw out all the ingredients. I did however make the rest and it was fantastic! I couldn't get ground lamb but I did however use ground pork, veal and beef to have a nice combo. I also pre-baked the eggplant because I like it extra soft. So easy!

The flavors were off on this, my family didn't care for the taste. We gave up trying to eat this with the pita chips as well, very messy.

I watched the show today and made the dish tonight. This was good....simple, but good. Of course, it WAS easy and it always takes me more than 30 minutes, but it was worth it. Next time (and there WILL be a next time, I'll made extra Gremolata (the parsley, olive and lemon zest topping....it really put the final touch on the dish. Thanks, Rachel!

Yiasou! Rachael, you hit the nail on the head. It makes me want to scream "Opa!" What depth of flavor for a meal cooked and served in under thirty minutes.
