Directions

Cover potatoes with water and bring to a boil. Salt water and cook potatoes 12-15 minutes until tender. Drain the potatoes. Return pot to the stove and warm broth over medium heat. Whisk in butter and marmalade. Add potatoes and mash the sweet potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and a few dashes hot sauce. Serve immediately.

    I am a huge sweet potato fan and liked them, however, my family didn't. They're just average. We've had sweet potatoes many different ways (baked, fried, mashed, etcand even I would have to say this was not my favorite.
