Absolutely fantastic with vanilla bean ice cream. Strangely, the directions say nothing about what to do with the raspberries. I also found that I needed to use more brown sugar than said in ingredients list. I went back for seconds and thirds!

I watch RR make this this morning and it's a good thing because the ingredients and the directions don't match! Lemon juice or lime juice? I know where the raspberries come in but maybe the next person won't. Please revise your directions. Thanks!!

Give Food TV a break - it isn't too hard to figure out what to do with the raspberries - you know if you cooked the too much they'd turn to mush, so common sense tells you to add them right at the end.

this recipe would have been good if the recipe had raspberries in it.

FOR ANONYMOUS--- ADD RASPBERRIES TO PEACHES AT THE VERY END---COOK ABOUT A MINUTE AND SPOON INTO CUPS---WATCHED RACHAEL MAKE THIS TODAY. IF THE FOOD NETWORK IS GOING TO PRINT THESE RECIPIES, IT WOULD BE NICE IF THEY GOT IT RIGHT.

We saw this episode on Mother's Day and my husband decided to make it for dessert. We used frozen peaches and raspberries, and left out the gingersnaps, since we didn't have them.
It was extremely good over some vanilla bean ice cream. I would definitely make this again.
