Love the combination of flavors you did it right with this one. Another one of your delicious recipes.

I made the mac and cheese and the applesauce they both were good. However I did do something wrong with the cheese sauce. The only thing I did different was use reduced fat sharp white cheddar add I cubed it instead of shredded it. The sauce looked fine until I added the noodles. It was so weird it was like all of the liquid evaporated and the cheese clumped all up it was very odd I have made cheese sauces like this before and never had this happen. If anyone knows what I did wrong I would love to know so it doesn't happen next time I make it.

The bone-in chop was excellent, tender, and moist. Followed the recipe exactly except for the syrup (didn't have any and I don't think it needed it anyways. I served it over a bed of whole grain and wild rice which was a nice compliment. I think the mac and cheese with this would have been too much food for me. The apple mixture would be good on anything from chicken to serving it as a dessert with ice cream. Loved this one!!

I can't tell you how many times I've made this! It comes out perfect everytime!!'
I didn't grow up eating applesauce but this recipe sure made a believer out of me. Keep it up Rachael, wouldn't cook without you.

I only made the mac & cheese from this recipe so far...didn't quite turn out like I think it should have, though I followed everything to a "T". The cheese sauce didn't thicken up very well or stick to the pasta & the shells seemed kinda big when trying to eat it...maybe try next time with velvetta & some elbow noodles I dunno...just not what I thought it would be...

I'm a terrible cook, and my boyfriend runs a restaurant, so I tried this recipe to impress him one night: it was a huge success! Everything was so delicious and he was so impressed that I didn't use any boxed or pre-cooked items!

I just made the pork chops but they were so good. I caught the last couple of minutes of this episode and I had mustard and maple syrup that I wanted to use up and this was the perfect recipe for that. They cooked pretty fast and I served with rice and peas. This recipe was also easy to put together, this is one of the best 30 minute meals that I have made.

I made this recipe twice and absolutely love the pork chops and applesauce. My family is always asking me to make it again. The mac and cheese however keeps on coming out blah... I'm looking for a mac and cheese recipe to substitute this one and the dish will be perfect.

This recipie is so easy and so deliciious. Made it during the week after a long tiring day at work. The mac and cheese is out of this world. Remember recipie calls for only half pound of pasta. It is so so so good and so easy that I'll never eat THAT other box macaroni and cheese again. The chops were also awesome and easy. Followed the recipie to a "T" and it was great. I actually took the chops out of the pan and then put in the mustard and syrup.(Real maple syrup whisked it and returned the chops to the pan and let them "hang out" a couple of minutes to get nice and glazed. Awesome Rachael!!!
