I am a huge fan of Rachael's, but this one was lacking in flavor. Didn't like the consistency much either. I used a different brand (more expensive! extra sharp cheese as directed. I only made the mac and cheese and had it with meatloaf. Just not a winner. Sauce didn't thinken as much as I thought it would -very creamy and it was bland. Could use more spice. Maybe I should have put more nutmeg and hot sauce in it. Edible, just not very good. I couldn't bare to give Rach any less than a three though.

The pork chops were FANTASTIC! The apple sauce and the glaze was a nice touch. So delicious and super easy. The chops came out nice and moist too, which is always my concern when cooking pork. My family loved it! On the other hand, the pasta fell a bit short. It had potential, but the cheese sauce recipe wasn't in the right proportion as I would think a bechamel should be and came out way too thin and tasteless. It didn't hold up to the hearty whole wheat pasta all that well. I think if I were to try the pasta again, I would do a cheese sauce the way I'm used to...and maybe even use regular pasta.

I usually hate pork chops but these were awesome -make sure you use real maple syrup. The apples were wonderful. I will not be making the mac and cheese though -it was pretty disgusting, I must not be into the xtra sharp flavor.

Although I ALWAYS suck at making pork chops and dry them out and did it this time, the sauce on chops and the apples more than made up for it. I think I would reduce the sugar and cider in the sauce since I have little ones..but it was SUPER yummy. We did not try the pasta.

The easy recipe to follow. I went with a 2-inch thick chop and doubled the cooking time from 6-7 per side to 12-14 minutes per side. My house smells like my Grandmother's used to..
Thx!!

The porkchops were great with the apple and raisin sauce, and if you add dressing as a side dish it really compliments the porkchops. I cooked the mac n cheddar sauce the way the recipe was stated, the only different thing I did was bake the mac n cheddar. The sauce thickened a whole lot more and the taste was way better. My brother loved the porkchops and my mother and I loved the meal!
