    Yeah, I really can't say I liked this one. Just wasn't my fave. Family didn't care for it either.

    This stuffing is fabulous!! Its so yummy that i'm making it again, only three days later. I'm literally craving it. I'm not sure why other reviewers are not happy. I added extra poultry seasoning to the bread because I really like strong flavor. I just made sure to sprinkle each piece of bread with seasoning (enough so that I can see its on there. I think that added to the flavor content. The gravy is fabulous and complements the flavors of the stuffing beautifully. Rachel as always, thank you! I think your the best chef and definitely my favorite on food network.

    I liked the idea and the flavors were fine, nothing to jump up and down about. I cut it into bite sized chunks like she did on her show. Next time (my husband liked it a lot so there will probably be a next time I will actually cut up the pieces much smaller so they blend together more.

    Just another nothing meal..I guess it would be ok for a complete beginner but I like a little more of a challenge and a lot more flavor..She's (Rachael digging deep lately.

    This is a wonderful dish it blends alot of flavors together in just the right amounts. Ten minutes was perfect for the veggies they where tender but still a bit crisp. I would serve this to any of my family or friends my wife and I love it. thanks alot.

    I just made this dish. When i saw it RR make it, it looked really yummy, but it actually didn't taste as good as it looked. It was barely eatable for me, but my girls picked out the turkey, and all the veggies ended up in the garbage unfortunately. It's definitely not a dish i would recommend to anyone with kids. I even made it with mashed potatoes on the side to make it more interesting for them to eat, but that didn't work. I guess the flavors with the celery and apples and onions were too much for them. Plus if anyone is gonna try this, cut the recipe in half, bc if u end up not liking it, its really a waste of food. I hope this review helps someone. Sorry Rachael! ;

    I made all three dishes from this show and thought this one was fantastic. I just wish my family liked it as much as I did. I figured being apple lovers that they would enjoy it, but they thought it was just OK and picked out what they liked (mostly the turkey. They don't want me to make it again for them, but I will scale it down to make it in the future as a single portion for me. The recipe does make a huge amount and I did cut the recipe in half. Served with the other side dishes, it was more than enough to feed my family of 4. This dish is original, but may not be for everyone's palate.

    I didn't have apple cider on hand so I substituted by pureeing baked apples and a little bit of water...it still came out pretty tasty. But I had to cook the vegetables longer than ten minutes for them to get tender.
