Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove large piece of foil, leaving strips in place, and bake until well browned, about 10 to 15 minutes. Strips may be removed the last 5 minutes, if necessary, to brown crust.Apple Pie mix:
4 1/2 cups sugar
4 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
