    I have had the pleasure to meet Colombian people and when I first ate a bandeja paisa, I was hooked and can eat 1 per day!!!

    I have made bandeja paisda for years and when I saw this one I tried it as written to see if maybe it was better, I served it to a group of colombian friends all agreed it was good but not as good as the one we ussually make. Many key ingridients are missing.
