The pesto sauce has way too much oil, all the other flavors are lost in the oil. The entire meal was a waste.

I used pesto I had made a couple of weeks ago, that was in the freezer.
Could have used more garlic.
Quick and tastey!

We absolutely LOVED this recipe! The pesto is perfect, a little oily so I'd recommend using less next time. Other than that, this is now one of our favorite all-time recipes! Enjoy! =

This was easy to make and very good but it is SOOO oily. I even used a 1/2 cup less olive oil than it called for. I also think it was kind of expensive to make, it would have been easier and cheaper to buy already made pesto to add instead of making your own.

This was such a fast and easy recipe! I wasn't sure how the scallops would taste with the pesto but decided to be brave and try it out. I'm glad I did! The pesto was amazing and the scallops were very mild. We used bowtie pasta instead, which was most yummy.

I ended up spending $22 at my local grocer to get all the ingredients to make this dish. Great value for a great tasting meal! The recipe says it serves 2, but in reality we found it served about 4.

This was the first meal I made with my new food processor I bought last week. The pesto came out great and complimented the scallops nicely. I couln't believe such a tasty meal could be prepared in so little time.
