The batter had more of a consistancy of a cake. I had to add more milk to the batter to thin it out and yet it still seemed too heavy. I wouldn't use this recipe again.

I made these for breakfast yesterday morning, but unfortunately, I did not read other people's reviews beforehand. I ended up adding about an additional 1/2 cup of milk and tried cooking the batter like that...but it just kept thickening up. At the ended of it all, I added about an additional 1 1/2 cups of milk. I probably won't try this recipe again because we found them too sweet and I'm looking for a more "fluffy" pancake, and these were very cakey.

I wanted to make a healthier version so I cut the recipe in half and used wheat flour, 2% milk, and light butter. After reading the reviews, I used the full amount of milk (1cup with an additional 1/4 cup. The consistency was great and the pancakes were delicious even with cutting calories!

The pancakes had a great flavor - I used DELICIOUS Northwest frozen blueberries from Trader Joe's. The pancakes were way too thick and were difficult to cook al the way through. I had to add a lot of extra milk to make them "cookable".

My family just loved the pancakes. They were simple, but so very good. Had been looking a long time for just that, Thank you Food Network for all you do.

These were wonderful - you just have to change the amount of milk to 2 cups and leave everything else alone (you will have LOTS of batter, but who cares? These were soooooo good. I used olive oil to grease the pan - sounds weird, but it fried the edges just perfectly, and they were thick, delicious, and I burned my tongue from eating them so fast. Seriously.
