I agree that the batter was rather thick, but having read other reviews about adding more milk prepared me ahead of time. I added some vanilla extract to the mix as well. My husband and I both liked these pancakes a lot. In fact, he said, "These are definitely better than Bisquick." It's fun to strategically place the blueberries on each pancake to ensure blueberries in every bite. :

I didn't have enough flour in hand for the recipe, I only had about 2.5 cups. I decided to make them anyway. Even with a cup less flour, the recipe still needed the extra milk. In total, about 2 cups of milk were used. I couldn't believe how delicious they were. Fluffy, light, and flavorful! The blueberries added a perfect tang to take away some of the extra-sweetness from the sugar. I can't wait to try this recipe with other fruits! This was definitely a hit!

I was really looking forward to blueberry pancakes when I made these. I did cut the recipe in half, but still had to double up on the liquid. They were too sweet and too cakey. I wasn't impressed with this. I'll stick to Rachel Ray's oatmeal cookie pancakes!

This recipie required at least 1/2 cup of extra milk to thin to a reasonable consitency. The pancakes were very cakey, heavy and sweet. They tasted much more like blueberry muffins than pancakes. My children ate them but my husband and I thew most of our away.

These where by far the best blueberry pancakes I think I've ever had. Mix this recipe with some Vermont Maple and you've got yourself a fantastic breakfast!

I followed previous reviewers' suggestions and added more milk (I more than doubled the milk. I also tried making the same recipe with chocolate/caramel swirl chips too. Both gave wonderful, delicious pancakes. The batter was soft and moist, better than most diners' versions. I took off a star because the milk proportion was off. Otherwise this is great.

Not only was this recipe easy to prepare, the ingredients are all things that I have on hand all the time. And this recipe works well with either fresh or frozen berries, or without any at all. EXCELLENT! Just delicious everytime.
