I really liked these pancakes. I made them without the blueberries. They were good and sweet.

since this recipe was cut down from a larger recipe the portions are not quite right. You will need almost twice as much milk (if not a little more as the recipe calls for just add milk until the consistentcy. This recipe also makes a TON of pancakes so it could be cut in half.

While these pancakes had great flavor the batter was way too thick. In fact, I had to add an extra cup of milk just to get the consistency right. Then, the pancakes would not cook through before turning too dark. I tried different levels of heat and different cooking times but nothing seemed to work very well. I would suggest that you make sure your blueberries are room temperature before you use them in this recipe. I think the pancakes weren't cooking through because the blueberries were still quite cold from the refrigerator.

The recipe was really simple. I made the pancakes for a brunch I hosted at my house for about 10 people. I only made one batch. Should have made more as the pancakes I made were small. The dough was really thick. I added almost twice the amount of milk and could have added more.

just as easy as boxed pancake mix and totally delicious. Made it for the whole family and everyone love it. One note: This recipe makes MUCH MORE than 4 servings. There were 7 of us and we had 4 pancakes to spare!

these were delicious! need to add milk, batter was thick. substituted whole wheat flour for the "regular" flour and they still came out great. froze leftovers between waxpaper and they reheated beautifully. will make these again!
