Oh my gosh my husband and I just finished this dish and it was so good. We don't own a smoker so I took frozen corn and ran under cold water to thaw. Drained on paper towels and put in 350 oven on cookie sheet with a little bit of liquid smoke and baked for about 10 minutes. Then continued with recipe. Instead of broiling the fish we sprinkled tilapia filets with cajun seasoning, and pan fried. We cooked shrimp according to recipe and then removed, and continued with sauce. Our sauce separated at the end because we didn't eat immediately, but the flavors were incredible even though it wasn't real appealing. Will definitely be making this often. Great flavors!
