    I really enjoyed the product that resulted from this simple recipe. At first it seemed time consuming to have to boil the brussel sprouts first but the crisp texture of the cooked dish was perfect. Not to mention it took no time at all. I paired this side dish with baked lemon pepper salmon and almost mashed potatoes. I'll be cooking this one again!

    I thought this receipe was great. I made this for my husband (who doesn't like brussel sprouts and said it was good, and a 16 year old who ate them up!!! Easy to prepare and very flavorful.
