We had calamari at Jaleo in DC ( the restaurant that provided this recipe and loved them there. Then, we saw $40 a Day at the same restaurant and they showed how to make them. Anyway, we made them at home, following the recipe, and they were just as good as we had at the restaurant. Super easy, tender, nice coating, and really tasty! Will make this again!
