Made this very fancy meal for one of my dinner parties. Absolutely wonderful. Had to tweak the recipe a bit and made a few substitutions based on what was available in my area. Everyone was impressed, the presentation was amazing and there wasn't a bite left. Highly recommend this dish. There are a lot of components, but anyone who can do more than just boil water will have no problem with it. One very big Yumo!
