Ingredients

  • 20 ounces grated Pecorino Romano
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • Dash hot red pepper sauce
  • 3 long loaves Italian bread, split lengthwise

Directions

Mix all ingredients, except the bread, together in a large bowl. Spread on bread and toast.

    This a fabulous recipe. Tastes like high-end restaurant quality. My family flipped over it. This makes a lot of spread ...worth every penny.

    Absolutely delicous. I made it once and loved it, and the second time took it up a notch and added 2 cans of chopped artichokes and baked it in a dish, then used it as a dip/spread. Amazing.
