A fantastic cake, but takes a while (we call it the 3 Day Cake. I agreed with some other reviews and used two vanilla ice cream layers instead of one vanilla and one chocolate. I also had trouble with the warm peanut butter melting the ice cream layer, so the I put the peanut butter down first and then the ice cream went on a lot easier.

Great recipe but first time I made it chocolate seemed overwhelming and peanut butter too hard so I made vanilla and peanut butter ice cream instead and added a little cream to peanut butter layer which made it softer.. then added layer of cookie crunch. . yum
the cake stays moist so is perfect for freezing!!

I made this cake for my son's Birthday Party, and it was a huge hit! I actually doubled the amount of Ice Cream and topped with Reese's cups.
