    This recipe added a whole load of excitement to the usual meatloaf recipes. We modified a little by changing the stuffing to portabella mushrooms smothered in four Italian cheese grated mixture. Everyone enjoyed and raved about it. Thanks for the recipe.

    i made another meatloaf the other day and i swear, NOTHING compares to the italian stuffed meatloaf. Im always goin to make this one from now on! THIS IS THE BEST!!

    I substituted romano cheese for the parm because its what i had. I must say that this meatloaf pretty much rocked, and the left overs were even better.

    The meatloaf was so tender and full of flavor it was great. My husband loved it and asked me to keep the recipe. I think the meatloaf would be awesome even without the stuffing.

    Excellent overall. I had people singing songs sbout this dish! It was also good with bleu cheese and proscuitto.
