This recipe is such a nice treat for any of us who have to stay with a soft diet for medical reasons. I was tiring of the usually strawberry/berry recipes and this is just the ticket!

I just made this and had to put quite a bit more peanut butter in the smoothie than what the recipe called for and of course, that means more calories. I thought this smoothie was ok, but I probably wounldn't make it again.

I am 7 months pregnant and craving fresh fruit, peanut butter and dairy products. This fed my cravings and was simple to make (not to mention HEALTHY! It's delicious. I added just a bit more milk than 1/4 cup however.
