Ingredients

  • 1 double shot of espresso or 1/3 cup very strong coffee
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon protein powder or other powdered vitamin supplement, optional
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend for about 1 minute. Pour into a large glass and serve.
