Ingredients
- 1 double shot of espresso or 1/3 cup very strong coffee
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon protein powder or other powdered vitamin supplement, optional
- 1 cup ice
Directions
In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend for about 1 minute. Pour into a large glass and serve.
