OMG, this was sooooooo good. If you drink wine, you MUST serve it with a pinot grigio. Couldn't get my son to eat the potatoes but they were fantabulous. Had no heavy cream and no fresh herbs but dried herbs and milk served as fine subsitutes. You gotta try this!

This recipe is sooo good! I used boneless chicken breasts and, as I do not have a deep-fryer, pan fried them in oil instead turning them to brown. Everything came out perfectly. The mashed potatoes were really good with the spinach and the natural jus was fabulous. Great recipe to serve to others, it looks beautiful plated.

This has become a family favorite for me and my husband. We have made this for our families, and everyone loves it. It has now become our "we want to impress our guest with a fabulous dinner" dish. My only complaint is how long it takes to cook, but it is so worth it in the end. Also, like a previous reviewer noted, use boneless chicken breast instead, it still tastes the same.

I made this for my mother, my mom's parents, my brother and my best friend. Everyone raved about it. The chicken was perfect...crispy on the outside but still tender on the inside. The mashed potatoes were really good. The spinach really gave it a good flavor. The Natural Jus was really good with the chicken. It was creamy and salty. Thank's Rachael Ray for finding such good recipes! Yum!!!

I used chicken breasts so we wouldn't have to fool with the bones and it was SO VERY GOOD!! My boyfriend said it was the best chicken he'd ever had.
