i wasn't sure if the moroccan spices would be too much for my 5 year old and 1 year old but they ate several of these little meatballs -- perhaps it's because there's a touch of sweetness from the ketchup. loved these!

The meatballs were extreemly moist and tasty. They were also easy to prepare eventhough there were many steps.

this is soooooooooo amazingly wonderful! the meatballs were so tender and flavorful even with turkey and the sauce was just perfect! in fact, the second time i made it, i used turkey AND i accidentally forgot to put in the spice blend (my bad but it was still really really good! i can NOT believe how delicious this dish is!!!!!

These meatballs and sauce are outstanding. I left the cinnamon sticks in until I was ready to serve, about an hour. The flavor had just the right hint of cinnamon so taking them out earlier would probably render no flavor.I served it over rice that I had sauted with onion and tumeric and added parsley at the end. This dish would also be good over couscous.
