I variated a little with the recipe only because there were vegetarians to please,so I left out the bacon. However, the basic receipe is super dynamite. This will be my standard quiche recipe. I was told several times at a work function how good it was. Thanks bunches.

Made this for easter brunch and it came out wonderfully! I ended up only using 3/4 cup of the half and half mixture because it was filling up the deep dish frozen pie shell I used.

This recipe made a simple and easy base for a good family dinner. I added boiled cubed chicken (in salted water + bay leaf and broccoli to the recipe to round out the meal. Everyone went back for seconds.

I work for a B&B and decided to try this out for my guests, all ten of them loved it, some even asked if they could have it again the next day!
