- 4 ounces sake (recommended: Kaori)
- 2 ounces triple sec
- Splash sour mix
- Splash cranberry juice
- Splash lime juice
- Cucumber slice, for garnish
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake it vigorously and pour into a chilled martini glass. Serve with a slice of cucumber. This drink is best for hot summer days at the sushi bar or poolside.
