    Sorry but if she likes the fish from that restaurant this is NOT the recipe. It ended up being very very very bland and the sauce did not look like the picture since it was all watery. I wouldn't make this again. Don't worry about the cream clogging the arteries though since you only end up with a wee bit of it on the fish.

    This recipe tasted as good as it looked on the show. I used hake and added salt and pepper.

    Not bad at all. The heavy cream and the butter will make your arteries scream, so get ready to fast for the next two days, eating only grapefruit and tree bark. Quite delicious. Likely will do about once every other month.

    MADE THIS FISH AS A MAIN COURSE W/STEAMED BROCOLLI, INSTEAD OF SANDWICH - MADE DOUBLE THE SAUCE (ADDED DASH PARSLEY/SAGE/BASILAND POURED OVER ALL -- ALSO TOSSED SOME SHREADDED WHITE CHEESE OVER ALL -- FABULOUS MEAL !
