I have been reading the reviews and all the varaitions that people came up with and I decided to give it a try, Oh my God, it was one of the best recipes i ever tried. I love Melissa and I can't wait to try all the recipes she did on the nfns show. Rock on Food Network!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Loved this recipe. Will have to practice a bit to get it just right. Might use 1T cream next time instead of 2T to make it healthier...or maybe 1T of heavy cream and 1T of fat free half-n-half. I use FF half-n-half in a lot of recipes that call for heavy cream and I've had good results.
I just loved these little potatoes!!! So savory and rich and yummy. I can't say enough good things about this recipe!!!!

Every variation of this recipe I've made has turned out fantastic!! I did have to go to the store and buy a jumbo muffin tin however, they were just too delicious for a regular size muffin pan.

I love this recipe! Easy to make, easy cleanup. I have big kids so I had to amend the ingredients to make more but they always come out wonderful. I have tried different cheeses all with great success. This recipe is a keeper in my household! Thanks Melissa! Looking forward to more of your recipes.

So simple and soooo delicious. I love all potatoes but this is by far my new favorite and my husband is not a potato eater and he loved them too!

These turned out fabulously! Instead of using a muffin tin, I used individual ramekins. I also used a sweet onion instead of the green onions and used a 4-cheese blend of Parmesan, Provolone, Fontina, and Asiago cheeses. I baked for about one hour because I like my potatoes extra crispy. My husband and I loved this, and I will definitely be making this again!
