I made this recipe for the first time last night, and I say "for the first time" because I will definitely be making it again! I was rooting for you all season, Melissa! So glad you won, keep the good stuff coming!

How fabulous is this, perfectly portioned potatoes, and super yummy not to mention soooo easy. I have used the same recipe and switched out the cheese four different ways depending on what I had the dish accompanying.
    Thank You Melissa!

Have made this recipe for my family twice now and it is a big HIT! The second time I added fresh thyme and two different cheeses and it was spectacular! The only thing I don't like is the clean-up. Those muffin tins are a pain to clean. For the third time I will be cooking them in a glass pan. Thanks Melissa!

My husband and I loved this recipe. Used evaporated skim milk to cut the fat. Also used Trader Joe's Quattro Formaggio a shredded blend of parmesan, asiago, fontina and provolone. Yummy.

These are just delicious - rich and creamy. Like other reviewers suggested, I seasoned all the potato slices before putting them in the muffin tins and I was glad for that head's up because they would have been bland otherwise. I also added some crumbled cooked bacon to one layer and thyme to the cream. One caution: the potatoes definitely cook "down" as they absorb the cream and cheese so fill them extra full. Mine ended up being about 2-bite sized...but such a yummy two bites that this one is going in my favorites file.

Does anyone know how many potaoe slices she put in each cup. Missed the show and it doesn't say on the recipe. Cqn't wait to try this since people seem to be gushing how great they are.

Delicious! I would add salt and pepper inside the gratins and on top. I used chopped white onions. I have also made it in a casserole for company and there was none left. We just love this recipe and I love the simple ingredients.

My husband and I had to make Monday night date night. This recipe was perfect! This side dish tasted like it took a lot more time than five minutes. Presentation-wise, I think a jumbo muffin pan would work better. But I have to say I'm very happily surprised with the results. Definitely going in the rotation!

I am not a cook and I was afraid that I would screw it up somehow - but it was SO easy. I used jumbo muffin cups which were the perfect serving size. I will make this again. My guest loved them!
