This has become one of my family's favorite new dishes. We always look forward to having it. I substituted cheddar and shallots for the Swiss and green onions. My husband takes them to work and says they reheat beautifully. My daughter made this for my parents and my mother, who normally eats like a bird, had SEVEN of them!!
Thanks Melissa! You did it again!!

    Well Melissa,
I watched you during your competition and have tried this dish and I got rave reviews from my neighbors when I tried it on them. It is fun to make and delicious. I want to make this with my granddaughter, Ella. It was easy and elegant in presentation.

I made this recipe with double the amount of bacon and used smoked gruyere cheese. I have made it several times and every time have had rave reviews! Thank you Melissa!

Have made this twice for company and gotten raves and many recipe requests. followed directions exactly but just needed to to cook it for 1 1/2 hours to get the entire outside beautifully browned and crispy. the second time I used the extra large silver foil cupcake papers inside my extra large muffin tins. i sprayed the foil papers generously with a butter cooking spray and then just flipped them upside down onto each plate and easily peeled the cupcake paper away. it worked beautifully and no clean up with my muffin tins. Made 2 per person and every last one was gone! Fantastic!!!!!

I really like Melissa and usually like her recipes, but this one was super greasy. I mean REALLY greasy. I'm thinking I did something wrong, but I'm pretty good at following recipes to the T....I'm not quite sure what happened. Otherwise, I liked them, but since I try to cook as healthy as possible, I won't make these again.

I don't understand the negative comments. We LOVE this recipe! I use a jumbo muffin tin and Mozzarello cheese. It seems so much easier than a large potato recipe. I have no problem with clean up either. I do spray my foil with a little Pam as the cheese tends to stick to the foil. I fix it often and always make the lemon onion chicken with it.

This didn't taste like anything special. It was easy, and quick, but not different enough except for its size. I will probably not make it again.

This recipe was relatively easy, and it was a fun one for my daughter to help me with. I did everything right, but I am pretty sure I need a larger muffin pan. Mine turned out kind of puny. Over all though, I would definitely do this one again!

.... but, they did not lift from the muffin pan. The flavor was okay, but nothing special. Clean up was not easy.

This is so good! I made this with individual mini meatloafs made in my jumbo muffin tin - Way to go Melissa!
