You are truly a wonder in planning and preparing healthy tasty meals. I find your recipes easy to follow, to prepare and to serve. The meals not only have inexpensive ingredients, which is important in today's economy, but they are uncomplicated to prepare and the are soooo good. Way to go Melissa you are definitely an asset to the Food Network. So glad you won!

Have made this recipe several times at several different temps ranging from 325 to 375 degrees and it has consistently been the favorite side dish. Used large Texas size muffin pans.

I made these for a dinner party and they were a great hit! Instead of swiss cheese, I used cheddar. Worked great!

My husband and I made these last night. They are very good. He wants me to make them for his Christmas party at work. We have 2 year old twin boys who loved them also. Yummy!!!

The kids can help assemble, my eight-year-old loves to grade the cheese, and assemble the cheese, potatoes, onion, cream etc.

I have always loved potato gratins, but was too afraid to try and make it myself. When I saw this recipe in the finale I just had to make it. It was very good and they came out great. I will make this again and again, for sure.
