The calamari in the ingredient list of this recipe should have been written as "calamari steaks" (which are fabulous!and not just as "calamari". I watched the show last night and because I love calamari steaks, I was very excited today to print the recipe out to try. Sorry for rating/reviewing this before I've actually made it (which is why I didn't give it only 1 star, it has nothing to do with the recipe itself. It's not until the end of the recipe, that the calamari is correctly identifed as "steaks"
