I am so happy that I picked this recipe to follow to make bark! It was very easy and I love it. The tartness of the dried cherries with the chocolate is so good. And then mix in the salty nuts to it all, delicious. I sampled alot of it ass I broke it up for a family gathering.

Very impressive! Can't believe how easy this is. I did have to put mine in the freezer to set well. The taste is awesome! I love the dried cherries and postachios together! I don't know how healthier you can get when it comes to chocolate. Leftovers store nicely in large ziplock bag put in freezer! Kudos to you Aaron!!!!! :

This was really good. I love fruit and chocolate, so I added 1/2 cup of chopped dried apricots along with the cherries and nuts. I also had to put it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes for it to harden so that I could break it up. The only problem is that when I make it I can't stop eating it! I sent some to my husband's office and they raved about it. So simple, quick, and delicious. This would make a great gift wrapped up in a mason jar or other pretty container with a ribbon around it.

I love this as a snack between meals. It has the sweetness and the nuts that energize me. I shared some with my co-workers; it was a hit. They keep asking me to make them some.
