Made this last night. A little labor to it.

This recipe is great. I made it for a party I threw over 2 years ago and every time a friend or family member have a gathering they ask me to make them. I love the recipe but it very time consuming when the crowd becomes to large. So now when someone request them I put the mixture in wonton wrappers which cuts out the time of boiling the pasta and frim it up. The flavor still there and noone notice that I change anything. Also my picky eaters love them..

Delicious! Only down side is that its a little time consuming. For me and my husband, I found that half the recipe was more than enough, but I went ahead and made the whole batch of filling, then put half of it in the freezer, so the next time I made it, all I had to do was put the filling in the shells and roll in bread crumbs.

This is actually really good!!! I would add more sauce to the mixture before you stuff the shells. Between cutting everything up and cooking beef, cooling, stuffing shells, cooling, dredging and frying.... this receipe takes closer to an hour...NOT 30 minutes. Just forewarned....really good though!!!

I tried this recipe it was really great. Took a lot of work.. But I think it was worth it.
Made a big batch of it. Think next dinner I have to take something to. I will make this I am sure everyone will enjoy it. When will you air this again. Would love to see you make it. Maybe I can learn how to organize my time better.

I've made these three times after the show aired and all three times, perfect! I recplaced the cottage chesse with ricotta and i always have extra mix but i freeze to the use later. It can be time consuming if you don't know what you are doing or plan ahead. But its worth it. I've made 10 of his recipe so far and they are good! Keep it up Aaron!

Attempted to mak this recipe today. It was quite messy and the filling kept coming out of the manicotti noodles. probably would not attempt this one again. The meat mixture was somewhat bland to me.
