I really enjoyed this recipe. I cooked it for Labor Day! for my family and everyone loved it, including my 4 and 8 years old. I will cooked this again in about 2 weeks. Always, purchase large asparagus, the capicola brings the flavor out in the asparagus.

I love this recipe. Totally delicious and super easy. I love the way Aaron puts his own spin on the food and makes even the simpliest recipes come out screaming with big flavor that makes me want more. Thanks for the open minded approach you bring to the table. Can't wait to see what you have in store for us today Aaron!

Eerily similar to the classic Italian pairing of Asparagus and Proscuitto... quite tasty.....

o,m.g. what a great idea yet so simple. I grill asparagus alot but never thought to wrap in with ham. I served them as appitizers and what a hit. Love your show and everything you cook up!
