    Will be making this again!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I started out making this for just my husband since I am not a fan of sauerkraut and the kids usually avoid onions, but we all ended up eating it. The sauerkraut and onion mellowed out nicely and the honey mustard gave it a nice flavor kick. I will consider making the honey mustard as a regular dipping sauce for other dishes as well. I would recommend trying this recipe at least once, its definitely worth it!!

Don't know why I have not reviewed before, but this recipe is easy and GOOD. The non-onion eaters in my family ate this and asked for more. This one has been a regular on the household rotation and will continue to be. YUM YUM!

I love sauerkraut, and of course my husband doesn't care for it to much. so we rarely even eat it. One night I was looking at the different recipes and came across this one and new I just had to try it. I liked it so much that I made my husband try it out and he loved it and even went back for left overs! Awesome recipe!

    Saurkraut ain't all that bad

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I have never liked saurkraut at all and was a little scared to try this, but it looked so good, I decided to try it just one more time. I was scared of horseradish and didn't think much of dijon mustard. WOW. It was fabulous!! I have even made the mustard sauce to use on different dishes. Definitely worth trying. Definitely worth trying again and again.

When I saw this episode I just had to try it. I jazzed it up a little bit by adding some diced tomatoes and it was great my husband couldn't stop raving about it. This is the first time I have tried Big Daddy's receipes and I will keep coming back.

    wonderful

Made the carmalized onion/kraut separate from the sausage but served together; it was wonderful. Only thing missing was some good German Hot Potato Salad. Will rectify that for future meals. Aaron, I was rooting for you the whole way. you done good, son.

Who Knew Saurkraut Could Taste So Good?!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I love this recipe. I just made it for the second time. It's truly fantastic. I used Diabetisweet (the only sugar substitute I've found that actually tastes like sugar and doesn't have an aftertaste) instead of sugar and it still turned a nice golden brown. I used skinless turkey kielbasa to save some additional calories. It's fantastic and is also low carb. I will make this meal again and again. I <3 Big Daddy!

This is the best Kielbasa with Sauerkraut recipe I have ever tried. Love the onions in it have never had it that way before and it just adds to the flavor. I have made this over and over. I even love the left overs. Way to go Aaron.

    DEEElicious!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
Cooking for one encourages me to look for something I want to eat as leftovers...THIS MET THE REQUIREMENT! Easy, few ingredients, and I didn't even make the dipping sauce. Accompanied by frozen pierogies, it was delicious. Not having a grill, my grill pan and oven turned out a perfect product. A lirtle less sugar and a bit more cooking time to caramelize onions iare my only suggestions. Aaron, I've watched you since the first day of competition and I hope you become a permanent asset to the Food Network.

    Great stuff

Please don't let the one bad review on here stop you from making this dish. Obviously that person doesn't know how to cook because this dish is delicious! Grilling the sausage really adds flavor to this dish and carmelizing the onions before adding the kraut tops off the flavor. Wonderful and easy supper!

    Real comfort food. Yummy

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I saw Aaron prepare this a couple of weeks ago and couldn't wait to try it. It was really simple and fast to put together and what a treat. I brought it to work with me today for lunch to share with my co-workers. We loved it. I also made the sauce and let me tell you that just put it over the top. The next time I have a get together, I will definitely be making this dish.

I should have known it would be horrible when it called for sugar. It was inedible. I'm done with McCargo's recipes.

My son and I watched the show on Sunday and decided we had to try this dish. We made it for dinner on Tuesday. This was so delicious my husband ate the leftovers for lunch the next two days, and wanted more! I made it again for friends on Saturday for dinner and had leftovers again today. The flavors are just fantastic together, and the honey mustard sauce was a smashing hit as well. Thank you so much for comming up with such an easy and tasty dish.

Thank you so much Big Daddy! This recipe is delicious! I used turkey Kielbasa to save on the fat grams, but it still tasted great!

    Yummo!!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I don't like Kielbasa, but I saw this recipe on the show and it looked so yummy I had to try it. I love SauerKraut and onions, so I figured it would be okay. This is phenomenal!! The flavor is excellent, the kielbasa was the perfect addition to some yummy kraut and onions. The only problem I had was the proportion of butter to sugar didn't seemt to get my onions carmelized in the time given, needed a little more cook time. The mustard is so good. I'm not a fan of horseradish or Spicy mustard, but together, this sauce is a treat! Two thumbs up and will definitely be making again.

    Excellent!

I made this for dinner last night for my husband, whose mother came from a Polish family, said it was fantastic and almost as good as his Mom's cooking. That is high praise from a guy who hardly ever says a dish is fantastic! And the honey mustard dipping sauce... what a great addition to this recipe. I saved the leftover sauce for dipping game day chicken wings. I will definitely make it all again. Thank you, Aaron!
