This cole slaw was good. I only gave it 4 stars because it wasn't the best thing ever (I reserve my 5 stars for phenomenal dishes:
It was the perfect amount of spice and I truly enjoyed all of the different elements (onions, green onions, sour cream, celery salt.
We put these on our bbq pork sandwiches and it complimented them very well!

Crunchy and creamy, with a little bit of pop. All the ingredients blend together, so it does not light your mouth on fire. My husband and I almost ate the whole bowl in one sitting! It was the perfect compliment for the pulled pork sandwiches I made. I will most definitely make this recipe again and again.

This is the best coleslaw I've ever tasted.My grocery didn't have the jalapena I needed, so I used a serrano pepper. I was sure to wear plastic gloves as I seeded the pepper. It was delicious. I went easy on the hot sauce at first, but found myself adding more and more. It had just the right amount of heat.

I was not a fan of cole slaw. But BIG DADDY'S cole slaw was delicious! The blend and combination of ingredients made this a winner.

This was delicious! I was a little concerned thawt it would be too spicy but it was the perfect combination of flavors. Made with Alton Brown's ribs for a perfect dinner.

Just prepared this slaw and had a spoonful and WOW, so much flavor! It can only get better after the flavors marry for a while! Only change I made to this recipe was I used Seasoned Rice Vinegar instead of white vinegar! This is a new favorite for me! Thanks Aaron, you nailed again!

Like poster bnickerson says, "this slaw is off the wall!" (I couldn't have said it better! Aaron, your coleslaw is fabulous! We are a spicy food loving family and I'm topping this on our BBQ brisket sandwiches for tonight. This will DEFINITELY be a must have for our BBQs and when I make something to bring to friends' houses. Thanks for a great recipe!
