This was such an easy recipe and so full of flavor. Will definitely make again and again. I used a french baguette instead... of focaccia. Everyone loved it and we finished it off between four of us.Read more

After watching your show on 07/19/2009, I immediately went to the grocery store to get the ingredients. I never liked peas,... but after preparing your recipe; I will eat peas more. The additional ingredients changed my experience from the usual boring peas to an appetizing and inviting tasting peas and quite simple and easy to make. I will definitely prepare it again next weekend for my guests. This is a cocktail snack keeper! Thank you, Mr. McCargo Jr. Read more
