    It works on chicken too

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
Aaron, thanks for this recipe I used it on a whole chicken and it was the bomb. Everyone loved it and it was a new way to roast the chicken. To cut the fat I used greek yougurt instead of mayo and it was still great. Everytime I watch your show I go out and make something from the episode because you make it easy, flavorfull and fun!! Keep up the great job.

    Excellent Recipe

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I was looking for a brine recipe that didnt use cinnamon and found this turkey recipe. I was happy to see it was Aarons as I know his recipes are always great. I was not disappointed I brined the breast for a day and made it as directed. Filled my home with the most delicious smell...couldnt wait until it was done. It was simply awesome!!!!!! I would caution about the salt amount in the seasoning rub I decreased it to 1 tablespoon since the turkey was brined. Wonderful flavor. Keep the great recipes coming Aaron you are the best thing to happen to food network in a long time.

Aaron please do not listen to haters like this who obviously didn't catch the story line of the show the day this recipe was aired. I could have sworn the recipe said it was a make up token. If your not willing to take the time to cook a meal that will dazzell your partner then you probably won't take the time to make up properly (if you know what I mean). Don't worry about that sour remark, your show is great and so is your personality. The FoodNetwork should be honored to have you and your family is blessed with the great cook. I haven't even tried this recipe yet, but you haven't failed me yet...keep up the excellent work, we appreciate it you showing our men what we want! BRAVO BIG DADDY! Mo~ Connecticut

The only turkey my husband has ever said was good.

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
The turkey was delicious! My husband hates turkey and went back for seconds. He actually loved it. It is much too good and too moist to cook just for sandwiches (even though it was very easy to prepare), but it makes a great sandwich the next day. I think I will fix this for Thanksgiving.

    What a hit!

I told me husband that we were having turkey sandwiches for dinner. He did not look pleased. He stood up and applauded the meal. He loved the club sandwiches. His fraternity brothers came over the next day and I made it for them and they said that they were awesome. Aaron I enjoy your show but I REALLY ENJOY your recipes. Keep up the great work!

This was the BEST sandwich I have eaten! I didn't have time to do a turkey so I just went and bought the cajun style turkey at my local supermaket. It was delicious. I can't wait to try this wet rub on a chicken. I know it's gonna be good!!

Best Turkey Breast I Ever Had!!!!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I made this recipe just like Aaron suggested don't be afraid of the salt it gives the meat great flavor to the bone. I let my breast brine for 4 hours. It came out great! The first day I made the club sandwich it was off the hook. The next day I just had slice turkey with my veggies it still tasted very good. Don't just use this recipe for club sandwiches slice the turkey breast and have it for dinner. My kids love it and my husband tool GREAT Recipe. Thanks Aaron

used a whole chicken instead! Great wet rub

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
Tryed this recipe with a whole chicken instead and it turned out great. You can also just use the wet rub on a whole chicken and serve it with other side dishes. The juices from the chicken kicked up the taste buds when used in a gravy over garlic smashed potatoes.

    Best Sandwich EVER!!!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
This is the best Turkey I have ever tasted. My husband and son just loved it too. I have brined other turkeys before, but the flavor on this one is just way above anything I have ever tasted. I highly recommend trying this recipe. It is very easy to do too. The only thing I could recommend is to buy the biggest turkey breast you can or make 2. It goes quickly!!

Aaron made me a Hero at my house!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I loved this recipe. I made it weeks ago and my boyfriend is still raving about how it's was the best turkey sandwich he's had. I can't wait to make it again. I followed the recipe to a tee and tweaked it with a little more rosemary. The turkey cooked in two hours and 10 min for 6 lbs. I also used onion rolls instead of plain bread which added a nice touch. Thanks Aaron!

The Best Turkey I Ever Tasted

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I made this recipe on a Saturday evening for my family which consists of 3 very picky girls, I ave never seen them clean their plates quicker than they did with ths recipe! The turkey buy itself was amazing. I did the exact recipe, and it wasn't too salty and the seasonings were not overpowering. It was fantastic. My husband said it was the best turkey club he ever tasted. Thank you for making it so simple, and making me feel like a chef!!!!!!!!! Keep up the good work!!

    Excellent Moisture..Good Flavor!

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
But I think if I had put the full 3 T of salt in the rub it would have been too much. My husband doesn't care for cilantro so I skipped the mayo and paired it with a multigrain bread and Swiss for him, provolone for me and made paninis. Very good!

The Best Turkey I HAVE EVERY MADE!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I made this recipe shortly after I saw the show and I must say it turn out great. I,m not much for cooking dishes that call for a brine, it appears to be like a lot of work however, I gave it a try. Let me say that the turkey turn out to be the best I have every made. The meat was tender, and juicy. When it can out of the oven I wanted to take a picture of it. Keep up the good work! I am thinking about preparing my Thanksgiving turkey this way.

    Yum Yum City

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
This was excellent. I loved the comments and ummms. The Breast was perfectly cooked. It was moist and delicious. I am sensitive to salt so I cut the brine in half and was afraid it would be too salty but it was not. The rub and dressing were great I can see myself using it for pork roast and baked salmon. This was worth the time. It's a winner.

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
OMG Aaron, I just made the turkey club for dinner today, and it was the juciest, most well seasoned turkey breast I have ever had. Cooking for people you love shouldn't be too much work, it is after all a labor of love. Thank you for this recipe, I am going to try this with a whole turkey, and "spring" Thanksgiving dinner on 'em for Easter. They are going to absolutely rave. Love the show, keep that good food coming.

    Very Disapointed

Rated: 2 stars out of 5
Well, I did make this recipe, it looked so good on todays show I went to the store and bought a Turkey breast (same thing he had on the show) In one part of the recipe it says "add all brine ingrediants" well,. I did that. (oops the recipe don't state where the brine recipe ends) So the Paprika and garlic powder got added to the brine. (no big deal more spice) but the way this recipe is written it's really confussing. Also I baked the turkey for 1 1/2 hours like it stated and exspected dinner at 6:30 (it was still raw in the middle) but the outside was really chrispy.. (go figure) I am a really good cook and have been cooking 16 years. I won't make this again. Although I like big daddys show this one was really disapointing.
