Served this with a purchased remoulade sauce for a New Year's party. Used turkey sausage due to no pork rules for a few guests. Glad I doubled the recipe. Def a keeper.

I made this for my son, Austin 22, to take in his lunch and for a quick breakfast. He loved them! So did I. I added extra sausage(almost double and onions to make them a bit heartier for him. A BIG hit from BIG Daddy again. Thanks so much for all of your recipes.

These were my first attempt at fritters...followed the recipe with minor changes. Added a little more corn and andouille and used dried thyme. Very good...even my 10 year old ate them up!

These were easy and delicious. I only used 1/2 tsp thyme. Maybe next time I will add in a little cheese.

I tried this recipe for my family, and everyone loved it...I also added hot sauce and jalapenos. HUGE HIT!

My family doesn't eat pork also, soI use hot Italian turkey sausage or turkey sage sausage with cayenne. If some one is a vegetarian use veggie sausage as a substitute. I also took Serna's advice and added cornmeal

The only thing I would do differently is put some jalepeno in there.
